Ideate
Brainstorming
A facilitated session to generate many solution ideas quickly, deferring evaluation until later.
Effective brainstorming separates idea generation from critique. Teams use prompts tied to the problem statement, build on others' ideas, and aim for volume first.
Ideate also includes analogies, benchmarking, and structured evaluation - brainstorming is the entry point, not the whole phase.
