I am Saurabh Mishra - Founder - Evynx Technologies, design thinking practitioner, and creator of the Growth Diamond Model™. I work with colleges and organizations to make user-centric product management and problem-solving practical, not theoretical.
My story
Over 30,000 new products launch every year. A large majority fail - often because teams never truly understood the user's problem, or lost alignment between need, solution, and market.
I have spent 20+ years leading programs and products across IT and non-IT environments - complex, critical, and dynamic. Along the way, I saw the same gap again and again: teams had frameworks on the wall, but not mechanisms in the room.
So I created the Growth Diamond ModelTM (2022). An evolution of the Double Diamond framework that emphasizes solution growth through iterative design, development, testing, and implementation. The Growth Diamond Model recognizes that solution development often requires a broader exploration space than problem discovery. The framework integrates design, development, testing, implementation, and continuous iteration to move ideas from need identification to market impact.It spans Empathize through Implement with defined tools at each step, and extends into Market space so solutions don't die after build.
Today I am Founder - Evynx Technologies, building on that foundation while publishing the full framework openly at design-thinking.in/academy. My client work - college workshops and industry consulting - is about helping people apply it.
