Design-Thinking - Empathize. Define. Ideate. Develop. Implement.

Framework

Double Diamond

A widely used design process model with divergent and convergent phases for discovering problems and developing solutions.

The Double Diamond (popularized by the UK Design Council) maps two diamonds: first discover the right problem, then develop the right solution. Each diamond has divergent exploration followed by convergent focus.

The Growth Diamond Model builds on this foundation but expands the solution and implementation spaces - recognizing that development, testing, and market adoption need their own structured exploration.
