Framework
Growth Diamond Model
A design thinking framework that extends the Double Diamond with broader solution exploration, development, testing, and market implementation.
Also called: GDM
The Growth Diamond Model recognizes that building the right solution often requires a wider exploration space than problem discovery alone. It integrates PSM (Problem, Solution, Market space) with the EDIDI phases - Empathize, Define, Ideate, Develop, and Implement.
Teams use it for products, services, processes, and business models. The framework is published openly in the Academy and used in college workshops and consulting engagements.
