Develop
Rapid prototyping
Building quick, low-fidelity versions of a solution to learn fast before committing to full development.
Prototypes can be paper sketches, clickable mockups, or limited code - whatever answers the riskiest assumption cheapest. The goal is learning, not polish.
Rapid prototyping keeps teams in contact with users through Develop. Findings often send teams back to Ideate or Define with sharper questions.
